The Teaching Gap
- I had no thoughts on differences between German, American and Japanese schools. I suppose that inherent cultural differences would dictate that differences exists in content and style of teaching and learning, but I'm not sure how these differences would manifest themselves.

- TIMSS indicates that a "learning gap" exists between American performance and that of German & Japanese performances.
